2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

Contact and quote requests. When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, company (optional), the topic, your message and the language of the page. Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing an offer. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Technical data. Our server and security tools may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access to keep the website secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies. We only use cookies that are necessary for the site to work; see our Cookie Policy.

3. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request, or until you withdraw your consent. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data required by law for the legally required period.

4. Who receives your data

Data is accessible to our staff handling enquiries and to service providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements (for example hosting and email providers). We do not sell personal data. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area; should that become necessary, we will use the safeguards set out in Chapter V GDPR.
